Sail...didnt get those texts...thnx 4 being concerned but the last thing that bothered me out there were those so called terrorists...didnt get a chance 2 see ne...although I was keen on having a chat with em...find out why were they so jealous abt us giving Kashmir a boost in terrorism...OOPS...tourism. Jojo... Antarctica is far far away...those piccies are of a place called Kashmir...in less than US $140 & 3 hrs 4m my home U can see this.....
San...Check ou the ASUS laptop range...they seem to be in *more in less* category in laptop computers & I ve seen more ppl opting 4 em in some laptop forums I visit. Many more piccies coming later.

@san, dell does not have any stores where you can see the units. Only way to get dell is online or on the phone. They take 100% payment in advance and take 14 days to deliver the product. Main reason why i opted for hp over dell.. Besides the fact that i got a free ram upgrade and some over free accessorries
p.s. Im not using a blokia by choice.

i got hp nx7010.i am happy bout it.but i think if u r planning to buy a laptop now,its sensible to wait some time till the dual core chips come in and windows vista are released.u can opt for the newer machiine or the now 70k range laptops will become cheap.whats ur thoughts? |

hmm so thuggie u sayin the dell 6400 will bcome cheaper? the one i configured with the t2300 duo core processor, 1gig ram, 256mb graphics card, bluetooth, wireless, 7200rpm hard drive (which none of the other manufactures even offer )which is very very imp for me. the brightest screen wsxga+ i think , dvd rw etc etc.
came to about 69k plus tax dell india site says. how much is tax 10%??
do you think i might get a better deal if i call em up on the phone? i kno u get better deals if u call up dell N amercia on phone rather than ordering online.

hmm checked out hp and compaq online. wat is up with the 4200rpm and 5400 rpm drives? thats like having a lamborghini with maruti 800 tyres!!!
my current laptop got a 5400 rpm drive, n i once swapped it with a freinds 7200 rpm drive and boy was she fast. big difference in speeds at which programs open up and write to disk etc. will hp have an option to upgrade the hard drive? n their graphics card memory is shared with the RAM . guess dell is only option if i want performace. damn the 2 week wait, i wanted it by apr 30th.

buy a lappy with 5400 rpm drive and change the electric motor of the HDD with a petrol engine
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence of your attempt !! |
