1.) one hand push-ups
2.) hand stand push-ups
3.) six pack abs

Simple lang bro.
Cardio = Skipping ropes for 10 minutes (2 times a week)
Arms = 7/7/7
Shoulders = Arnold's Press
Abs = crunches (3 sets of 30s), leg lifts (3 sets of 15s)
Chest = elevated push ups (3 sets of 10), one arms push ups (3 sets of 8s)
Legs = bike (10 minutes)
Back = Rowing
Lots of water in between exercise
