Afternoon i'm just cooking a chicken for the first time, it doesn't like me though it spat alot lol.

Been into town for a few bits then off to asda to get my Grandad a very small bottle of whiskey to keep him happy tomorrow.

Had to weed the garden too, been such a good girl today helping while my grandad is being treated like a king and so he should bless him.

Not been yet going after the chicken is cooked. Erm i spend all week in there ain't doing the shopping there aswel they'll think i'm weird going in on my day off lol. What you been up to? Just had to bast it and it spat on my own the little sod, note to self where long sleeves when cooking meat.



Kerry i'm sure your Mum cares the menopause can be horrible for some people maybe once it is over everything will calm down, can you not get together and talk stuff through? Sure it'll all work out soon enough.

I've been doing housework today! cleaning, ironing and washing! nah true you can't shop in JS too... (also it's fooking expensive!!)

Fat, 4 nobs of it in each corner of the baking tray and then half way through cooking got a spoon and poured it over the chicken. No chicken gets cooked today so it can be sliced easily. Veg and potatoes is tomorrow and some paxo, Mmmmm!

JS isn't that bad for some stuff it is but some of it is really good quality especially taste the difference stuff, like the apple tart and sun blushed tomatoes are to die for.

Get you all domesticated heheheh!

i reckon the taste the diff ain't as good as waitrose...

i hardly ever go to JS... it's miles away and on a busy shopping centre thing...

waitrose however is just down the road

Glad to hear Granddad is feeling betterer, My nan is 92 and she is currently running at 92% proof, due to the two litres of whiskey she is going through in a week!

Doesn't it just, i feel really proud lol i know that sounds lame but i don't cook as my Grandad usually does everything so now i get the chance to learn.



Just hope i get the roasites right tomorrow my Grandads are legendary, lol. Got him his whiskey to keep him happy but it is getting rationed.

Upside down are you right in the head? Lol just kidding i just did it the way Mum told me to. Thanks yeah he is getting there still tired and abit unsteady but he is being treated like a king think he is loving it really hehehe.

Wow 92 that is great stuff, bet the whiskey has alot to do with it, my grandad is 82 and my nan 81 so there not doing to bad although their abit upset as their best friend died yesterday my nan was her bridesmaid too poor thing.
