No fat club tonight reggy i've got the drawings for a warehouse in widnes that needs dividing into 3, with about 5 weeks worth of work in it and they want a price tomorrow despite only handing me the drawings today!!

I've got to make a little profit, that includes materials!

Each unit needs a humongous floor area building to create a first floor that must support 2.5k/n (i think) stud walls to form a storage area, a kitchen and a multi gym (disabled toilet). There are 8 windows to put in and 3 fire exits!

255 KGF/M2

Not got a clue what Kilo gram force equates to in kilo grams, but I do know the floor has to be constructed from 50X250mm joist's and 38mm tongue and groove Ply!! all seems a bit excessive to me an extremely ball breaking!

I enjoy it the more ball breaking it is in a masochistic way and if I get paid for it too, then surely that is a bonus

Edit: by the way the steel floor that precedes the timber floor has to support 5kN/m2!!

Only got one little kid working for me at the mo and it's hard enough trying to bring him up to speed at the mo! might be an opportunity to take on an apprentice though!
