anyone else getting a not enough memory error after 5 minutes of browsing even with max cache? the view setting doesn't stick either. |

man PSP works wth charm! its great tat i hv wifi at hm. the use of the mouse is excellent, n holdin d square button really helps. so far all is werkin great, no low memory, as im usin 512mb. every1 who has not upgrade, ur missin som excellent feature! n im postin via PSP again..hehe!

its soooo bad that i dont have wifi at home and cant find anywhere....
my only option is going to a McDonald's with my psp (as all mcdonalds in my country has free wifi) lol or maybe i can try Starbucks...
btw, i have already updated to v2. and all i can say is it ROCKS.... losing homebrews is bad newz but i dont really care compared to browser...
and, u guys seen that: when u go to about screen it says that the browser is maden by NetFront and this machine has AVC video support. does anyone kno what is AVC???

@peanut Turn off caching and then reboot it should help the problem. It seems to be a common problem so expect version 2.1 soon.

AVC - The next generation of video coding:
This new video coding standard- called MPEG-4-AVC (Advanced Video Coding), ITU-T H.264, or simply AVC - meets or exceeds the set target of doubling the compression efficiency of earlier standards, that is, it maintains the same picture quality with 50% smaller bandwidth. At best, the AVC codec reaches a compression performance four times that of the previous state-of-the-art standard: MPEG-4 Visual Simple Profile. In addition, the perceived video quality of the AVC was found to be significantly better than that of other codecs.
The format is the same codec used to make UMD Videos.

yeap u should!! its excellent! as im using a wifi notebook, so as my sister and father, he has a nokia communicator so its great using wifi aswell... my bro is currently using the desktop.. but both of us has a PSP.. so its great to be able to use a small device to log in the net.. and play online gaming... its a wireless home we live in.. |
