i would just like to know how can i get the software on my fone upgraded? I own a t68i that i got through smart. I'd also like to know if does it come with a waranty and what it covers and for how long.

drop by our service center for your software upgrade. if ur unit comes from an authorized dealer/distributor/operator, it will have one year warranty (free software upgrades n repairs). your proof of purchase will support your claim for the warranty.
NOTE:
free part replacements/repairs are only applicable for factory defects only. void warranty if the cause of defect is due to customer's negligence/fault.

Hello and good day! I had a T68mi repaired there roughly a month ago. I called you guys up last saturday afternoon and you told me it was waiting for my confirmation. I gave it that and i was asked to claim it today, monday, and pay 700 bucks. I would like to ask if the unit has been repaired. I lost the green and white card so ill just input my details.
- manuel antonio bocaling. I had a T68mi repaired. The phone's color is lunar grey. Please advise me asap ü thank you very much!
