Use SMan to move the files, the file manager in SMan allows you to see the system files.

After i've read everything that you posted, I got very confuse. But I know you are very experienced on P910i. Can you help me on the Chinese font installation. I have downloaded both .zip files from your web site. What do you mean SMan? I can't get the files to my P910i.

Somehow, I have created a folder called "system" under Memory Stick.
I have copied the file folder "fonts" and it's content to "system" folder.
According to the post, after I restart the P910i, I should be able to select Chinese language under control panel -> language selection. Am I right, or is there other steps I have to do before I can do this?

Please help! Thank you so very much!

You need to read the Memory Stick with a proper reader, not using the software that came with your P910i, it hides all the other folders from you.

Get a USB Duo reader and use that.

Or, copy the files using the lame SE software to Documents or other, then use SMan (it's a program you install on your phone, look here: http://renegade.w3xs.com/dr-sman.htm) to move the files to the proper place. Sman has an excellent built in file manager.

You may want to change it for a 910c which is completely in Chinese. I have one which I want to convert to English only, but if you are game I would consider a trade. email me at michaeln@rbnet.com and we can talk.

Hi,
I'm writing to you regarding installing chinese onto P910i. How do you get the "system" to install all the files onto?

I have downloaded the fonts file (linnea.gdr) and the 3 other files that comes separately onto my memory stick and can't seems to install.

I've also installed sman and still can't see the "system" file.

Please help?

Just copy that Linnea.gdr into C:\system\Fonts\ or D:\system\Fonts\ if you use mem stick. No need to install anything.

Hi again,

I'm trying to no luck! Do you mean by simply drag and drop the system folder downloaded containing Linea.gdr into Memory Stick by PC Suite? I can't do this as it won't allow you to copy the entire folder to memory stick.

Also, what about the other system folder containing 3 different folders? What do I do with this?

Youe help is appreciated!
