Its 1000 for both inbox and sent messages.
Its not 1000 for each.
I tried this, didnt delete my messages on both my inbox and sent items folder for about 5 days. Phone started complaining, says its 95% full, i just ignored it for a while. Then now its mandatory, if I want to receive more messages, I have to delete.

1000 msgs is alot I never relized how many it could store,
tbh though I leave the saved to sent off always..
how much internal memory does the K8 have?
I had a silver one last year I think

I always like to re read what i have sent in sent messages. Its cos just in case i can check if i said something stupid to someone or a spelling mistake. |

I often leave heaps of msgs in my inbox and then delete them when poss,
but I think the sent folder is nothing but bother
K8 is a nice phone I sold mine thinking i'd get alot cos it was a 007,
however I bearley got £150 for it

K800 can have up to 73mb free memory. It depends on the firmware version and operator stuff you have in the phone. If not any, you should have up to 73MB free phone memory.

you prob have more if you could delete them games,
it was odd that you couldn't reset the scores on them I thought when I had mine
