it was me andy not ed, using EazyVCD, says it should take bout 5hours to rip to an mpeg or a bin/cue file for burnin to vcd

last issue of pcextreme had a huge article about ripping dvd's - best sw etc etc.
rite me off to bed after watching the matrix relaoded again... such a good, good film
my site still hasnt moved (or shouldi say my domain name). said 24 - 48hrs but that was 48hrs ago so they better sort it quick coz i have no patience and i want to get the forum up again

sorry mate taking it back tomoz and i haven't got any of the sw to rip it. there willl be loads of decent copies on mr k soon though.. sure there must be some now - may have a look again at the w/e

Kev, realised my mistake after postin, but cant edit my posts! Im using dvd decryptor to get rid of security gubbins (takes no time at all) and rip vob files, dvd2avi for convertin, then virtual dub to jig the audio back together. Things were going well until my computer did during conversion, now it keeps dying everytime i do anything remotely processor straining. Actually, i just fixed it, bastard files were multiplying. Righto, off to the land of la for me. Night you lot. (That includes mixin this time, i forgot ya last time!)

mornin. think i'll have a lie-in 2moro. u can do the honours ed m8. andy mate i use eazyvcd coz it does everyhing for ya, u can do the whole lot with one mouseclick and then just leave it to it. will burn a vcd lunchtime see what it came out like. sleep b4 midnite mustve fubarred my brain coz i had the weirdest dream last nite, worthy of a whole subforum on guru's dreamcatcher section! nice day all.....

mornin. Last night was playin g with a DVD ripper "DVD2SVCD" It's taking ages though. 10 hours now. How spooky is it that we have all been doing the same thing !
