@ericharlz, yes... I have had some problems uninstalling software. I usually get the problem when installing a newer version of some software where it tries to first remove the old version.

I end up having to use file explorer to remove left over folders and files before being able to install the new version of the software

I have seen a few complaints about this on other sites too

ok.. yeah i've read in some posts that they are also having problems with iMate Sp5.. could this be a WM5 problem and not just a Wizard problem?

I also do the file explorer trick, but its not clean to delete app folders. you =( oh well, guess we just have to live with it. [addsig]

Is anyone syncronizing via BT? I can only do it with USB Cable.

MS sync repeatedly will ask to pair up devices while they are already paired??????

my k-jam started not holding the stylus any more and I've read one or two other people have experienced the same problem. Its not the stylus though, its the silo, as the unused spare stylus also falls right out too.

A small amount of sticky tape around the stylus shaft fixed the problem but I decided to get it fixed properly before the warranty runs out since I'll be wanting to sell it when the hermes arrives

so, it looks like I'll be k-jam-less from monday for 2 - 3 weeks but on the flip side I guess I'll get to know the M600 a whole lot better!

I spoke to the uk i-mate repair centre today at they told me average repair times are 4 to 6 weeks due to time taken to get parts into the country, but they have the parts for this fix so they quoted me in an email 2-3 weeks.

you don't even have to send it to them, they send a courier to collect it

for anyone interested, their repsir centres can be found here and the UK one is located at
