If I recall correctly, this guy was not banned immediately and therefore managed to edit most of his 100+ post to something bull**.

i remember someone else got one a year or so ago. i cant remember if he was greek or slagging off greek people it went on for a while and i noticed that a similar avator was added then i think he was barred from the site as i remeber he got quite offensive to lots of people and i am sure he was offering to fight people. quite how he planned to do this i dont know

There has been a few people with these special avatars so I believe. I have always thought that giving people special avatars as a reward would be a jolly good idea, if they are used as a punishment why not as a reward?

I was meaning special avatars to denote members who have been particularly helpful to others or who have given a lot of support to Esato. The chimp idea is worth consideration though.

I agree with scots boy here. A different avatar will stop people posting for the sake of increasing the post count and will hence reduce the irrelevant and rubbish posts. May be the whole post count should be taken away as well

The post count is completely irrelevant, there are many members who post very useful advice and information and yet don't have high post counts, whilst other members, who do, post a lot of tosh. Many members post just to increase their post count, thus increasing the number of useless threads and posts. I am very much in favour of getting rid of the post count.
