I have a feeling a mod's gonna say something like "please continue this discussion in the guy talk or perfect 10 threads";-) and no, i have not met a ideal girl yet. One will come sooner or later...

Posted by Sir-SonyEricsson-man
i hope so too.. Its ok flirting around every weekend with all that girl. But my heart tells me that i want a real girlfriend, who takes care off me, who loves me for who I am. Take care off me when i feel bad and want to cry, or loves to have fun and likes to party, and off course she has to be cute to, it's not so important if she is blond or brunette, but she has to have that spesiale look, and every time she looks at me, she make me love her more and more... But i think i will never find her..

Girl are you there somewhere?

What is it perfect girl/boyfriend? Nobody's perfect. My girlfriend isn't perfect, but I love her as she is. That's important. To be satisfied. Love you Af!

Posted by Bart.w
I think that if you love someone, she or he is perfect for that moment. Until you figure out that she/he isn´t that perfect afterall. So I believe that the perfect partner for life doesn´t exists.

WHAT IF...
You have a girlfriend for 7 years now, and you always thought she was the dream girl. And then an old love came back to haunt you and you can't get her out of your mind!
Now that can be a real brain dissolver...

Posted by Sir-SonyEricsson-man
i can agree with that.. thats really shit..

Posted by Bart.w
Are you in that situation?

Posted by masseur
the problem with us guys sometimes is that all too often the grass seems greener on the other side.

I've long since learned to remember that I am happy with what I have and not to think about what could be with some one else, especially past girl friends.

Its never the same second or 3rd time around anyway (he said speaking from experience!) but that doesn't stop me being nostalgic about former girlfriends

My wife has found the perfect man. She has been married to him for the last 10 years...

Remember again why you guys broke up in the first place
It will be the reason why you will break up again... and again.... and again.....

My motto is: 'never look back' it'll help you appreciate the current situation a lot more

WHAT IF
We never broke up because there was nothing in the first place.
Maybe that's the problem. I don't know how a relationship could be. We never tried. I mentioned an old love, not an old relationship...

@Vlamm
you wrote ĞMy motto is: 'never look back' it'll help you appreciate the current situation a lot moreğ.
If that's the spirit i'd break up now and start something new, without "looking back". Not that easy...

BTW sorry to "threadjack" this thread but i needed to get this out.
I can't really talk to anyone personally about this...

well then maybe you should.

My never look back is actually intended for break ups (or other general decisions for that matter)

If you do feel that strongly about somebody (and you've no idea what your chances are) that you would step out your current relationship just like that.... then perhaps you should. But DO you really want that?

the perfect partner does not exist, but an imperfect person can be loved perfectly.

Posted by Bianca
i would see who wins sir-sony ericssonman is sweet too

Posted by kimcheeboi
Once, i fell in love. She was PERFECT-stunning looks; awesome personality; very intelligent. The thing was that we needed to go our own ways; we both had lives ahead of us. I believe that if this is true love we're gonna meet again and fall in love all over again. However, we have lives to live and we'll do that, no matter how hard that is. It was wonderful while it lasted but things don't last forever. Things will change, people will change. She will always have a place within me-but it's time to move on

I found my dreamgirl but she left me!:-(

Posted by kimcheeboi
A dream girl would never leave you!

Posted by RichLok
I didn't realize that I had found my dream girl until I lost her last year... ::sigh::

Posted by swazi
lol, this is gonna attract alot of sad guys moaning how they aint had a women in a coupe years.

Posted by kimcheeboi
It's not that i haven't had a girl, it's that i'm looking for one to fall in love with. Hooking up with girls is fun, but sometimes you want emotional satisfaction.

Posted by Sir-SonyEricsson-man
thats what i mean the hole time..

Posted by chocolei
...as i recall how i met the man of my dreams, I can't help but smile!
I did'nt know that i'll fell in love again after so many years of not having a boyfriend. Well. we are in our 19 months now and still getting stronger.
Before, i always pray for a man with everything, from the looks, personality, wealth...etc. but as time swiftly passes by and i become more mature, it changes my need and wants for a man. A responsible, kind, loving, mature and understanding individual is what I want Him to give me..... and at last I bump on this man. I felt like a princess in his arms...He isn't the type who will make you cry and leave you helpless.
He always tries to make you feel good and make your day wonderful beside him.
I know your looking for girls/boy of your dream...be patient!
I dont believe in destiny co'z we make our own destiny because we choose it to be. Just be real, love and you will be love in return..sooner than you expects!
Cheers!

Posted by gardar
@chocolei it looks that u found ur dreamdude! Congratulations!

Posted by chocolei
yup! I'm so glad!...
and we're planning to get married early months of 2006!
may i ask what type of lady are you looking for? are you the choosie type of guy? coz, if you are... definitely, a lot of girls who might get interested in you will probably think twice or thrice. Better not be....(",)

Posted by kimcheeboi
I'm extremely picky but i get my fair share. Explain that!

Posted by chocolei
we have our own fair share in a relationship... its just a matter of how we look into it and how we choose to live with it, because
there are those who choose for someone in a manner of how well this person jives to our qualifications, and there are those who looks for the perfect one, which seems to be hard because nobodys perfect except if we choose to say that what we got is a perfect one.
Finding someone means finding yourself too..

Posted by kimcheeboi
Ah but i'm picky to the extent of stupidity. What i think is that you have to be picky (well not as much as me)otherwise you'll get some low quality girl.Oh and it's something to consider in the short run; you don't wanna have sex with a 6 (refer to the perfect 10 thread).

Been involved with a number of gals throughout my entire life . . . I guess in the true sense of the word 'true love' - yes, I already found her . . . but lost it after having a mutual decision of splitting. You'll only 'realize' the importance of a person once it is already out of your grasp !
