In a lot of topics i have browsed, I have seen a lot of posts from WAP devices, but how can u guys spend a lot of time in WAP service? Doesn't each minute cost a loot?
Because where I live it's so expensive so I have to use the PC or laptop.

we use gprs so we only pay the amount of data and not the time we are online...

with gprs you have to pay all data-traffic this also includes reading and posting here....

Orange all over the world (or almost) has a 4$/month service called "Unlimited wap over gprs" which is what the title says.I use it and it's great.UNLIMITED wap for 4$ only if u have a subscription(not available on prepayed) and if u have a p900 with the latest Oera browser u can surf html thru ur wap over gprs account.u also have internet for that kindda money/Anywa i know that in UK they've imposed a limit called "fair usage" so too bad for them.But overall it's great serviceand it'd be dead (wap i mean) if they wouldn't provide it as it is.

I pay nothing for gprs. Gprs has been FREE on o2 payandgo sims for a year or more now. It also lets me surf the www using my phone as a modem free. I may have withdrawal symptoms when they finally end it :-D

i use about 100 mb / month with wap unlimited for 4$ on Orange Romania! and 2$/mb for internet gprs(this gives you access to pop3, messenger progs, irc, ftp, etc)! Great! Html traffic with Opera or internal browser...with no limits....

In italy I have unlimited gprs wap for 7 euro / month with Vodafone. Promo due to end 24/4 but has been renewed many times before. I hope it will go on. If not I'm destroyed

Yes , i prefer sms then. It was introduced in october and then it was free from octobre till march so at that time when it was free i did mms a lot. In fact i sent about 2000 MMS a month at that time

I have for 3 per month unlimited gprs/wap connection. I have Orange sk. But 30.4 orange will run wap2.0 and it will be limited to 10mb for wap and web:-(

T mobile usa gives you unlimited GPRS service free of charge. I live in new york and i never pay any fees for browsing the internet.
