Any1 else in Philly US area having Probs with GPRS?

Been having probs connecting to the internet for the past 2 days. Have contacted Tmo and waiting to hear what they say. Also, when I try to download email, it will only downloads header and then hang.
Just wondering if any1 else in the Philly US area is having the same probs. Btw, I use a P900 and I am on Tmo 19.99 internet plan.
