I HAVE BEEN READ IN THIS FORUM THAT I SUPPOSE TO CALL MY SERVICE PROVIDER TO ACTIVATE MY GRPRS TO USE IT. SO I CALL THE OPERATOR TO ACTIVATE MY GPRS, AND THEN THEY GAVE ME STEP ON HOW TO ACTIVATE IT. AFTER THAT I RECIEVE AN SMS FROM THEM THAT MY GPRS WILL BE ACTIVATE IN A FEW MINUTES. IT TAKES A WEEK STILL NOT WORKING WHEN I TRY TO USE IT OR EVEN OPEN MY MMS IT ALWAYS SAY "GPRS FAILED" OR CONNECTING FAILED".

PLEASE DONT SHOUT! Have you contacted the provider again? Which network and country are you?

did you turn your phone off, then turn it back on? if you did and it still doesn't work, contact your provider and make sure they enabled it correctly on your account as i have see providers not provision gprs correctly and you'll still receive the gprs failed error.
