Try clearing the catch on your phone... WAP>Adavanced>Clear Catch>YES... that might help!

Thanks for the info, but it didn't work !!

I am at a loss with this, because I have set up both 02 and Boltblue email account ok, and can send and receive no probs.

Wanted to use O2 Active as it seems to have it all there.

Can't find any info in the O2 help section either

Help !!!!!!!!!!!!

@c4mark,

I have the same probs with O2 Active.
Phoned O2 and eventually got some really sh*tty tech guy on the end of the line. Told him it didn't work and he said that I was awkward and why did I want to do things the "difficult way?" (he meant over wap and not using pop mail setup).

Anyway, a lot of people have had this O2 problem and O2 seem incapable of sorting it out.

You are not alone.....

Phone O2 and ask to speak to someone from Data Support. You may be lucky and get someone that knows what they're talking about..

Believe me, you wont. Want my advice and get rid of o2. I got on vodafone now. I pay £15 (cheaper than o2s £27), i also get unlimited GPRS for 6 months and all the other added features. (Even voda payg have offers on gprs) i have not had any problems with voda yet.

surly pop3 is better anyway as you can read your messages while offline. Also you can set it up to auto check every X hours, so you don't need to manually do it.
