I did a search before I posted, and the replies were talking about Vodaphone. I tried doing what they suggested, but it didn't make any difference. So I thought that T-mobile might be different.

Try imputting this code:
**61*yourvoicemailnumber*11*theamountofsecondsbeforediverting#
The maxiumum amount of time you can have is 30 seconds.
