Orange should get the phone in November 2003.

what is your source a SE rep so far they have all denied it from what i have read is this a special rep? is there a special even at where they will unveil?

Met the rep at an Orange training day. He also had 3 Bluetooth cars. The only 3 in the country.
The car only works with the T68i & T610. I guess it will work with the Z600 as well.

Why another thread on "The Launch of P900" it must be in double figures since i posted this about two weeks ago!! i never tell people to use the search but in this instance there has been no reason for another thread..
Anyway back to topic lol....
Sales of P900 will begin in November
and the UK is named as the first country where these smartphones will be shipped.
Then it will be available in the other European countries. The expected price of the device is about 650 Euro.
Shipments of the phones with fully localized Russian and other European versions (text input and interface) will be only in February 2004 The US dates are not yet confirmes but sometime in the middle of the two dates above would be likely.
The Official presentation of P900 will be on the 26-th of October

650 euros is interesting - that's only about 100 euros more than a simfree P800 costs now.

The 26. october is a sunday. Do you really they are going to have a pressconferance on a sunday? They also like to have pressconferances early in the week. I believe 20. or 27. okctober is more likely.....

I don't see that much bashing of those who speculate or announce release dates of the P900. Does this mean they are actually troo reports?
I am moving to Dubai October 18th and Dubai is usually one of the first places in the world that any phone is released. I hope you guys are right. If it is released sometime in October or November, I'll be sure to tell the world (i.e. Esato) about it.

Hi.
I went into 2 orange shops here in Plymouth this morning and they both said that they were expecting the P800 to be instore @ the beginning of November.
One even went so far as to say that they wouldn't be much more than the p800 is @ t moment ( ie expected to be around £300 / £350) but I'll believe that when I see it.
Still sounds very hopeful
