mabagal talaga...badtrip pa kebago bago pagbagsak dented na...plastik...di tulad ng t68 ko...kahit ilang bagsak walang gasgas...kahit forced mo ng ibato...natanggal nga lang yung pan lock ng battery

Smart telecoms, a network in Philippines, has released the very same SPVx tanager in the country. Instead of calling it the SPV they renamed it as Smart's Amazing Phone. =)

specs of the tanager says it got 16mb of ram, but when i check my my phone it got only 12.53mb total memory, is the smart amazing phone i stripped down version of the tanager? anyway its still awesome!!! 65k colors really blows you away but m stil gonna keep my t68i

i think its 16 mb...its ram diba...so ginagamit mo din yon pag naka on yung spv mo...what it shows is that your available ram is around 12 mb kasi the remaining 4 mb is being used...syempre naka on yung phone mo nun...

The SPV doesn't seem to pick up the HTML/WML option on esato WAP address http://wap.estato.com and automatically jumps to the esato web page. A bit like explorer does on the PC.
Instead use http://wap.esato.com/wap for Esato WAP (or use wsp://). Avoid the 'Esato home' in the menu.
Free Esato WAP on the SPV.

@dBAGZiq try mo yung mga link sa coolsmartphone marami wmf files there, or make your own using movie maker from microsoft i was able to make one last night. pero kulang pa ang configuration i find it too slow but the movie is clear.

install ko last night yung speedboots sa spv fone ko......and yahoooo....mabilis na pag scroll ko ngayon sa menu...heheheh
saan ba dapat install ang contack numbers??? sa fone or pwede na sa sim card na lang? kc pag sa sim card walang nalabas na name sa mga received messages ko....pag save ko naman sa fone eh di ko naman makita kung ilang characters na ang type kong message (txt)

for character counter tip type any number on cc then backspace to delete it, you can now see the character counter on your sms.

spv battery drains fast...is there anyway for us to prolong the standby of our spv battery??? in 24 hours eh you have to recharge your spv battery....

i also have a problem regarding my battery life...i change twice every three days...sometimes twice a day...depending on how much i use my WMP...
since the spv has so many features and many system apps are running even when idle...i think that explains the short battery life

yup pwedeng gamiting yung handsfree ng nokia...but use the stereo earphones since stereo naman yung mp3 ng spv...kaya lang you should not insert the whole plug sa jack (or the other way around
) hindi sya tutunog...mejo naka angat ng konti...pangit nga lang sa earphones for nokia walang bass...baka one of these days bumili ako ng earphones na maganda then palitan ko na lang yung plug nya...

di ba pag pinasok mo yung CD ng SPVx, may lalabas na isang windows. pagtapos, tatanungin ka niya kung may Outlook ka, then installation ng ActiveSync software. pag-click ko sa install, sine-save niya lang sa isang directory(i.e. My Documents). so pupunta ako da my documents, double-click ko yung set-up. lang response yung set-up. help.. thanks!

you can download a newer version of activesync in the microsoft website.

the newest update is smart rom 1.50. but it locks previously sim unlocked sap's. but i think it's worth the upgrade coz it makes the camera faster, faster menus, etc. if you really don't need to use other networks sim cards, you can download it at the smart website.
re: earphones
i made one myself out of a standard earphones spliced to a jack cut from a nokia headset. but the mic, obviously is not working. headsets for nokia put out mono for the sap and not stereo.
