Flip closed program list

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the flip closed program list. Second from thestart the flip open program list had all the programs in some kind of p800 order but after some mishap with the folders all the programs appeared in alphabetical order. A friend of mine seems to have still in the defaultorder. Is it possible to change the order all programs are shown

On Device tab
Flip closed shortcuts

You can set the programs that show up when the flip is closed...
