I have recently purchased a P800 with the following system information:
Phone : R1D
Bluetooth: R2C
Organiser: R1F01
CDA : R1J01
I face the following problem with modem:
I can connect normaly to any ISP I tried with no problems and high speed also (28.
. I use to connect also to my office server (which is a NT 4.0) with no problems except one case : Call Back.
When I use call back feature my pc send the callback number to the server through P800 modem and then the P800 hungs up and my pc returns an error. The server calls me back the P800 rings but ofcourse it does not answer. This happens with any type of connection (USB - Bluetooth - IR). It is remarkable that also happens when you setup a call back connection from P800 Internet Account (in advanced -other tab). In this case the P800 send normally the callback number to the server but when the server calls back it doesn't answer the call.
Please notice that I had the same problem with T68 and infrared connection but not with USB connection. I had also T68i which had no problem with this at all.
If anyone face the same problem or have any Idea of what is going wrong pls. reply.
