Sorry Sony Ericsson, after having the phone for two days I'm starting to lose the novelty value of this awesome phone. The unit is great and does all I want it to do and then some, but I just find it a little too long winded to use, even the speed dial is a bit of a pain, and the size issue doesn't help. After having a T28, 8310 and T68i this is like having a small child in my pocket. Shame, cause I really do think this is the best phone on the market, everything works great, best camera I've seen, mindblowing software, unlimited uses but I'm going to go back to the T68i for the time being. Well done SE, almost perfect.

I picked up my t68 this morning to recover a number off a different SIM and couldn't believe the difference now I have settled down with my p800.

It's slow, the screen is unclear and it generally feels claustrophobic.. A bit like the p8 with the flip on in that sense.. but as soon as I open the flip, it's a beast.

I think if you are waiting for a p8 the size of a t68, you could be waiting a long time - I wouldn't want to use a gadget that small for things like handwriting recognition and calendar views..

each to their own i spose!

Ah, my young padawan - you have not seen many camera phones then!

It might become the best camera in a month or so with the firmware update - but the series 60 cameras still produce far better images than ours do.

i actually still love my t68i even tho i love my p800 too. It's really handy for takin out on the beer when u want a little fone in ur pocket, and for texting etc, and it still impresses people even now!

Elevnty7 see's my point exactly, the p800 rocked and the T68i is still a cool little phone, (better that the newer 7210) ooo contraversial!) Alantannent, I see your point about pressing "2 ok --- 4 ok", but I forget which number I assign to which person, so when I found out the P800 had pictures to use as a reference and you could just press the picture I thought that was ideal, but to get to the option from a locked keypad, you either have to have fingers like a pubic hairs and the patcience of a nun, or get the stylus off each time you want to use the function, which kinda defeats the object of a speed dial, and when you are as big as I am with fingers like carrots that's the only option. Don't get me wrong I'm still a big fan of the P800 and SE and I envy anyone who has one, but for me size really does matters.

Wouldn't you just love a t68 sized phone that was just a touch screen? I mean literally from the top to the bottom and the whole width of the phone making room only for the earpiece at the top.

The stylus could be hidden in a similar way to the p800 and I am sure the loss of space inefficient buttons (depth wise) will mean a thiner phone too. This would be amazing and have a screen the size of the P800 and maybe even have a greater definition!!!!!!!

Sorry about last post.

Have to say I too am returning my P800, great phone but,
1.Hard to carry around (bulky)
2.Not intuitive enough in normal use
3.Camera not good in low light conditions
4.Bluetooth very very flaky
5.Ring tone volumes very low
6.Vibra too soft
Etc, etc, etc..............

I think this phone becomes more of a (functional) novelty after a while.
I don't want to be flamed, this is just my opinion and if I didn't have a H5450 Ipaq I would probably keep the phone and live with it's shortcomings.
I know there will be firmware upgrades but this phone was delayed so long it should have got the very basic things right.

Now ordered a Panasonic gd87 as a spare phone (will also keep my T68i)
