Can you snooze tasks on the P800, just like you can in outlook.

Yes,

But annoyingly you can't choose how long you want to snooze for. I think the default is 5 minutes or something.

Yeah, snooze could have been better, it feels like the snooze is set to two minutes. Then again, that could just be me falling asleep and waking up again... You can, of course, plan your snooze ahead of time by setting all three alarm times a couple of minutes apart... =)
