Hi folks.
What was supposed to be a routine procedure turned out to be a nightmare this evening. I tried to updated the web server software to the latest version but failed to do so. The web server was not able to communicated with the database server after the update so I had to revert back to the previously installed server version. I did not have any problem doing the exact same upgrade on the developer server earlier today. I will give it another try later.
