U only need a bank account for moneybookers.

You have to have a verified paypal account to link it,and you can only verify with cheque or credit card. So good luck if you havn't got those, i've been trying for years. And if u link an ABSA account to moneybookers good luck cashing out, they want to know what the money is for and u have to fill out forms and shit.
