W980 Hang - Esato archive

My W980 cannot function after switch on, and the light of the external display and red LED is on and the phone hang and cannot shut down unless remove battery.

Should I flash my phone to fix the problem?
What software to flash the phone and how to flash, could someone help me as I don't know how at all.
