Will I notice the difference between c902 and c905 cameras?

Hi, been lookin up about these two phones for weeks, I currently own a C902, and I've been thinking about upgrading for a while. After reading the reviews on gsmarena, I felt fairly sure that the C905 would be the best upgrade to the C902. However, after reading the photo comparison thread between the two on esato, I'm not so sure. I snap photos occassionally, and I'm not a master photographer - and I'm using my phone as my sole camera. So, basically, I was wondering whether for day to day use, the C905's pics are noticeably better than the C902's. Also, whether the Aino's picture quality is much better than either the C905 or the C902. I'll mainly be looking at the pictures on my phone, and also uploading to computer - I doubt I'll be making big prints of pictures or anything. Thanks, Dragonrabbit

I had the C905 and it took fantastic pics. I'm not sure how it compares to the C902, since the C902 has a Samsung sensor AFAIK. There's still a 3MP difference, if it matters.

If you are going to print regular size photos not big ones, I'm pretty sure you won't notice the difference very much, and all three (c902, c905, Aino) are excellent cameraphones anyway so the difference is marginal at best in daylight conditions at regular size photos (5" x 3.5" or 4" x 6"). The upgrade you will be getting is the Xenon flash of the c905 which makes it a much more capable cameraphone in lowlight compared to c902.

C902 has got nothing on C905. The difference is really evident for all ambience and the details are much more resolved in C905. It is better in every way except for, some may argue, colour but even that is subjective to your preference. It can easily be tailored to your liking if you tweak the settings according to the lighting condition and situations rather than auto all the way. Don't even get me started on the C902 white-ish toned, weak flash against the C905's mighty Xenon. The reason C902 is better is that it is relatively problem-free as a phone as compared to the problematic C905 ribbon and earpiece issues.

c905 have overall better colour rendition and better lowlight camera (image sensor).....so yes

C905 has better quality than c902 and since you mainly will be looking at the pictures on your phone, the c905 has also a bigger and better screen

Thanks for all your help
I think I will go for the C905, I like sliders, and the xenon flash'll be useful, as will the bigger screen. It's just annoying that most of the new camera phones are touch screen!!! That's what my iTouch is for

Edit: Also the better lowlight images sound good, not much Sun here in the UK

Aino is even better

much better screen
VGA video recording (C905 video recording is CRAP)
much MUCH better build quality (c905 casing is just ok)

and a very good camera......

I had thought about the Aino, but I'm not sure :/
Is the picture quality THAT much better than the C905? Also I'd imagine I'd find it a bit clunky - with the Dpad and everything all on one bit, so you can't access normal functions like the stopwatch without sliding the phone up. It looks good, but unless its pics are much better than the C905, then I think I'll stick with a xenon flash and lens cover. Plus, the Aino's quite a lot more expensive (from UK 2nd hand store Cex)
