Hi everyone, new to forum.
I have recently bought an Elm from Ebay (everything seems above board with seller) and the phone has worked great for a month. Today it will not switch on and when the charger is pluged in the screen is just white. Does anyone have any ideas.

Do you know how to re-flash the software via SEUS?? Sony Ericsson Update Service just download it from Sony Ericsson website & then follow the instructions. If that does not work then it's something else I am unsure of

What you have is corrupted firmware. It will need a full reflash. First try SEUS which might work. If that doesnnt then you'll need to supply www.davinciteam.com with £9 and do a complete reflash which will sort the phone out.
There is no other free method of doing this and if you send the phone to SE it will cost you much more to repair.
