I was recently given this phone from a family member, i'd been stuck with a rubbish nokia phone because my contract phone broke, I was unable to purchase a new phone because I've recently been laid off at work ..
I'm sure it's old news and i've done a lot of searching on the internet about modding but it confuses me alot.
The volume during a phone call on the other end of the line seems extremely quiet and I wondered if there was a way I could change this, I appreciate any help immensely, I really like the phone but this problem is the one fault I can see with it.
Go easy on me as I know absolutely nothing about modding but once again any information that may help me will be greatly appreciated.

I know this phone is probably outdated by now, But due to being out of work I cannot afford to get an up to date phone as of yet.

Hi and welcome.
In order to increase the volume you need the A2uploader software and some acoustics.

have you tried increasing the volume to the max when in a call? when in a call press the volume up key, I know it sounds basic, my Hazel also has low volume during calls but was able to get decent enough volume when set to max. If it doesn't work try what tranced suggested.

Thankyou for your replys, I've tried turning the volume up during in call but it's still extremely low. I think it's a case that sony decided this phone was only allowed this volume during calls .. I'll give the a2uploader thing a go
