Okay at the moment MTN has blocked the HTTP connect function of any MTN site so and MTN related site wont work
Cell C did the same.
Vodacom however has Redirect method But Help.vodafone.com is Not possible because of redirect method.
So any MTN / CELLC / VODACOM domain wont work.
only other domains example : www.testme.com
