My phone (Hazel) drops from 3G during a call despite having a sold 3G signal. I got like 4-5 bars and when I ended the call, the phone reverts to the GSM network.
Is this some kind of a feature?

Does this happen everywhere or just in your area where you live? I ask cos sometimes if you are getting even a good 3G signal when you go to actually connect to the network if 3G is busy it may go back to GSM. If not then it could be faulty sim or just that the phone software needs reinstalling. Try reflashing via SEUS see if it helps and report back. Cannot think of any other reason why it would do that if you have a solid 3G signal
