Well is depends on the service provider that the browsing is free or chargable. But you can obviously get the setting according to your phone model.
WAP via GPRS settings for Sony Ericsson
Create new accounts from idle mode:
Open Menu,Tools,Control panel,Connections,Internet accounts.
In the Internet accounts field select New account,Data.
Fill parameters as shown below:
Account name:
As your service provider GPRS
Address:
wap
If Username and password required checked then uncheck it.
In the Data account field select TCPIP, IP config, Automatically and press Save.
In the Data account field select Proxy.
If Use proxy server unchecked then check it.
Fill parameters as shown below:
Proxy server address:
0.0.0.0
Proxy server port:
8080
Select Save two times.
Select Yes and then Save.
Select Groups tab.Internet.
Select WAP.
In the Priority field select 1.
Select, Done. Save, Done.
To start WAP session return to Menu and select Multimedia Web.
In the Web field select Open web page.
Type wap.(serviceprovider or any homepage you need).com and then select,
Done Open.
