as title...

the older £20 note with Sir Edward Elgar on the obverse will become illegal tender on the 30th June, it will however for some months after that be accepted in banks as deposits, it will always be welcome at the Bank of England in Threadneedle Street where they will swap it for whatever current £20 there happens to be...

I better clear out my stash of £20 notes under the stairs then

Not seen one of these in SO LONG.. when are they refreshing the £5, £10 and £50 notes?
The £20 note looks so out of place right now...

I also heard somewhere that there maybe a £100 note being introduced is that true?

Gotta love the shower of crapola the is in power.

Funny how all the new notes look like EURO's ????

Getting us ready for the unwated change over so they can press forward with the "Global Bank"

the 5 and 10 don't need a new one, they are current designs, the only note that is old is the 50 and that's due for replacement end of this year

Old 20 looked just like the current 5 and 10.. you definitely sure?
