W595 error - Esato archive

I was charging my phone by the pc when i got this msg 'serious error. Stop charging phone. Stop using phone and contact sony ericsson call center' after dat the battery has bn acting strange and the status aint relevant. Wen ever i change for a while i dont get msg but after some minutes then it comes back n will be on til i disconnect. Please is firmware or hardware. Please help. Thanks.
