Protecting Files From Distributing

Is it possible to make a file in the phone protected from distribution? (so that it cannot be sent via bluetooth or otherwise?) similar to preloaded stuff on the phone...

I own an SE C903..

It cannot be done on the phone, but on a computer using SE's DRM tool.
