In downloading you must consider some of the ff
1st "network provider" network traffic,network problem affects the downloading
2nd "weather" bad weather means weak signals, mobile phones depends on the signals
3rd "location" avoid sealed,closed rooms uhm! example air conditioned rooms,or in the bat cave
remember mobile phones depends,rely on signals.
4th "2G/3G" some mobile phones cant download using applications bcoz of its only 2G example s40 type nokia phones, 3G phones can download ofcourse but you must aware if your vicinity had a 3G signal & the examples above.

No this probably has nothing to do with you network... I get the same problem. If I download a file in my default browser with the CGI dot trick, it downloads 100% at 50kbps (and free obviously). Then with exactly the same trick and file, but through Opera mini 5 beta 2 Handler, it doesn't download. Only if the file is smaller that like 20Mb it will download in Opera Mini. Otherwise not.
I think it is a bug because it does exactly the same with the unmodded version form Opera.

About Bolt 1.6 handler, I struggling to find it. It was only released on Monday this week so I am not sure if he has modded it yet. But go check out the new Ucweb 7.0 Final Handler (in english) on the first page.

use om2.06, because ip trick isn't working on os7 phones so om4.2 isn't working only om2.06 or om3.xx
