You can only download file from om4.2 if your operator or network allows you. I guess or probably in your area your operator allows that but in Philippines its not. you can only download if you will pay for it thats why we need tricks as what bheng said. and it will always be in your built in browser.

@bhen nd @faissel . I can downloading by opera mini 4.2 it asked me when i want download this : DO YOU WANT DOWNLOAD ==> YES or NO i choose yes . I waiting 30min and it give 2 choice SAVE and OPEN , I choose SAVE , i waiting 30min .after download are Start in Finich give me: the download are completed and yes . So i hope that help you all .
