tmail.exe crashing - Esato archive

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone could shead any light on this for me, I have had my X1 for about a month now, but am having problems opening multimedia content from within mms mesages about 80% of the time I get the message "A problem has occured with tmail.exe" and do I want to send the report to Microsoft or not.

I have searched the forum and googled it but not found anyting relating to tis phone... any help would be much apriciated.

I have very little experience with windows mobile but should be able to learn it quite fast.
