Got my k850i back from SE repair *NOT HAPPY*

I sent in my K850i for repairs, because the touch sensitive buttons stopped working. 2 weeks later I got it back with the flash & flashlight not working. NOW WHAT!

Should I got call sony ericsson or take it apart and inspect?
