My X1 is not showing up in the "device" column, therefore, not allowing me to setup a new partnership on a Vista Home Premium 64 bit system. I need to sync to Outlook 2007. I am assuming the WMDC on this pc is 6.1.
Any ideas folks? System states that devices not showing up under "device" column may not be compatible with Sync Center. However, the X1 does show up under Windows Explorer and I am able to navigate through the folders. The X1 also appears under "Device Manager" with no error statements. Driver Version: 6.1.6965.0 / date 5/31/2007
Update: It appears my new pc only had WMDC 6, therefore, I had to update to WMDC 6.1. Problem now fixed.
