Hi there, anyone can assist me? I tried installing from the CD and when I plug in my X1, it says "Not Connected" still. Tried many ways even uninstall my UIQ application and still can't work.

What should I do?

You need to install active sync from CD first..

WMDC is the equivalent of ActiveSync.

One is for Vista (WMDC) and one for XP.
