Can someone let me know if the X1 camera has a macro mode and if so, how close can one get to the object of focus? The macro mode on my P1i is fantastic.

yes, it has macro and I've got a good focus at about 7 or 8cm

How to get only one focus when not using touch focus (auto or macro)?
I always get more than one focus, i.e., more than one green box when shooting using auto or macro.
Touch focus is no problem, there's always only one green box.
