I have one Sony Ericsson K850i, blue version (this is blue, silver and black housing).
I have used the phone for a few months, it has been case-kept, and never dropped. I've had a screen protector on it for some time, as well as a cover over the camera lens so they are relatively scratch-free.
The Gmail and Google Maps java clients are pre-installed, along with a number of extra themes.
The phone also comes with a UK charger with American plug adapter, USB cable, stereo headphones/headset, strap, and the 512MB Memory Stick Micro M2 that came in the package.
AS AN ADDED BONUS, I am including a 2GB Memory Stick Micro M2 card.
I would like to keep this sale within the US and Canada; I am NOT interested in trades.
