Hi All,
just got an O2 Simplicity sim card to go in my newish K850i and so far its good except for a few minor niggles..................When I send a text message I dont get a delivery report even though this option is selected. Also, when checking the phone status, the phone number doesn't appear. These are small problems but does anyone know any solutions????????

O2 don't do delivery reports, but if you type *0# at the beginning of each text (you can set it up as a template to make this process quicker) you will get a delivery report.
Don't think there's anything that can be done about showing your number on the phone status page though.

Dont know about k850 but on k800 u set ur number that appears in the phone status: menu > contacts > options > special numbers > my numbers > my mobile.

Thanks lads, this is helpful. Dont know why O2 dont do delivery reports tho. Very strange
