Need help regarding SE K800i Synchronization and Device Management

I have a K800i. On the Connectivity settings, there are the options Synchronization and Device Management. Everytime I select any of them, it is asking me to create an account. I don't actually know how it works and what are the settings that I need to input. Is there anyone who was able to use them? Please help. Thanks in advance! Have a good day guys!

At last I was able to use the Synchronization feature of my SE K800i. I was able to synchronize my phonebook to mjoy, a wapsite that provides free sending of SMS to different countries. But I haven't tried using the Device Management. What's this for guys?
