This thing could be removed with a patch on older platform phones, but it's not possible for K850 atm as DB3150 platform patching is not possible.

db3150 is the chipset. It's not possible to mod those phones because they haven't been cracked yet.

a bit strange, my db2010 and db2020 never beep more than one, i mean it only beep when i started recording the conversation....

It's not the chipset itself, then the platform the phone is using. As soon as it is cracked and available for patching (which takes time to be done) it will be possible to remove the beep sound.
