when i press the button to take the picture, the camera pauses like it does to take it, but then exits the camera function.
No picture is saved or anything...
i have tried master reset and firmware update..

Try flashing the phone using this guide:

If not, it may be a hardware problem also. Have seen several K750s and W800s like this (same as D750). The camera flex cable may be damaged or the button missplaced by the time and usage. Try opening the phone if you can and re-attach the burron on it's place again. Also pressing the buttons a little harder or in "circles" (if you get me) can also solve the problem (worked for me once on a K800).

Custpack should be included in the XS++... Anyway if not, www.sek750i.pl should offer that to you. www.topsony.com is good source for custpacks (have almost all) but it's not free to download so if you can't find custpack, locate it on topsony.com and send the link. I will get it for you if you want.
