w580i problem wid application

i have a problem wid applications, wich i was using before. bt now its shows, invalid application. shud i hav use othr formats. im using .jar applications. i tryed many tyms, bt same window is showing.

there is prob wid camera pics. it doesnt hav prob wid camera. after taking pics, wen v chks in filemanager, file is distroted file. wat can i do wid dis?.
