1st few weeks the sound worked fine on the k800i but then it stopped working, the sound however still works when the headphones are plugged in,the phone has never suffered any bangs or been dropped and cant be loose, any ideas?

Seems like there's a problem with your loudspeaker.
I suggest you make use of your warranty.

try pressing the speaker with your fingers. my speaker start and stop working by pressing the loudspeaker part.
does any one have the same problem?!!

Try doing a master reset (SETTINGS) .IT MAY WORK SO GIVE IT A GO... Also update us about what is really wrong .
