K750i Memory Card Problem

when i insert memory card in my K750 it restats Continuously. i change the memory card and also try, after flusing but the problem remaining same. some guys tell me it is its RAM problem. whats the Problem, can any body help me? plzzzzzzzzzz

format the memory card in pc.let it be a thorough one.then insert it again.if nothing happens...format the card using the phone.(it is just to restore the default folders.ofcourse you can just make them in pc)..have fun
